Privacy Policy

From 25th May 2018 on, becomes applicable the General Data Protection Regulation - EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 27 April 2016, laying down rules on the protection, treatment and the free movement of personal data of the natural persons and which applies directly to all entities that process such data in any Member State of the European Union, in particular Portugal.
The purpose of this communication is to inform you about the new rules applicable to the treatment of your personal data, the rights that you have, and to inform you of how you can directly and simply manage the respective consents.
In the scope and for the purposes of the services we provide you, BOLSEIRA, insofar as it determines the means of treatment and the purposes, is the entity responsible for the treatment of your personal data and for ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with the law and the new regulation.

Eventually we request personally identifiable information when you request a service, respond to an inquiry, participate in a contest, exchange correspondence with us or participate in certain other activities. You decide whether you want to proceed with any activity that solicits personal information. However, if you do not want to provide the requested personal information, you may not be able to complete the transaction.

We treat your data for the following purposes:
1. To provide you with information about product updates, new products, services, newsletters, informational emails and research on ideas for future products or enhancements;
2. To help us create relevant content for you;
3. To offer you special offers that may be of interest to you;
4. To help us create better products and services that meet your needs;
5. To enable you to download documents, gain access to services, or participate in other activities you select;
6. To help you quickly find software, services, or information about products important to you.

BOLSEIRA will keep your personal data for the period necessary for the provision of services, respective billing and compliance with legal obligations.
Your personal data may be communicated to BOLSEIRA service providers, for the purpose of providing the services, and to judicial, tax and regulatory authorities, for the purpose of complying with legal requirements.

At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as, within the limits of the contract and the Regulation, to change them, oppose their treatment, decide on the automated treatment of them, withdraw consent and exercise the other rights provided by law (except for the data that are indispensable to the provision of services by BOLSEIRA, therefore mandatory supply, or compliance with legal obligations to which the BOLSEIRA is subject). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment made up to that date.

You have the right to be notified, under the terms of the Regulation, if there is a violation of your personal data, and you can submit complaints to the authority(s).

We are committed to the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. We have taken the technical and organizational measures necessary to comply with the Regulation, ensuring that the processing of your personal data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to the authorized purposes.
